Power naps are great but in the winter napping location is really important. I’ve found sunshine is the best location.
It is easy sneaking in a power nap while sitting up.
Ikea Poang rocking chairs are a great location for a nap when the sun is shinning.
And the arm rest makes a great pillow.
The peoples lap is my favorite location. Did I mention I am a lapdog?
